Terms and conditions
- This scheme is open to existing and previous Hawkesworth customers (the ‘referrer’) in the UK or Ireland
- Referrals will only be eligible if the new customer is not already in conversation with Hawkesworth
- Referrers can submit as many customers as they like. but only one reward per referrer will be awarded
- If a new company is sent to us by multiple referrers, the person who submitted the referral first will be eligible
- Referrals will not be counted if the referrer submits their own company/franchise
- To count as a successful referral, the new customer must sign up for at least one of Hawkesworth’s services within 12 months of their details being submitted
- The referrer may be named in communication between Hawkesworth and the new company
- The gift card will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed
- There is no cash alternative. Hawkesworth reserves the right to change the reward or withdraw the scheme at any time
- Any rewards from this scheme should be declared as a benefit in kind or on your tax return
- Hawkesworth’s decision as to what constitutes a referral is final
GDPR: We will only use the contact details provided to make an initial enquiry to the new company. If they decline or do not wish to be contacted again, we will remove their details from our database.
