EV Charger Maintenance, also known as EV charger servicing, provides planned EV charging point maintenance, inspection and repair for workplace, commercial and multi-site charging locations across the UK and Ireland.
Before attendance, Hawkesworth agrees the maintenance scope around the chargepoint make and model, locations, access arrangements, local safety procedures and available manufacturer guidance.
During the visit, a qualified and competent engineer completes the agreed maintenance and inspection activities. Depending on the agreed scope, checks may cover the housing, cables, connectors, mounting, signage, visible condition and operating status.
Defects and operational issues are recorded clearly and communicated to the nominated site contact. Hawkesworth provides electronic maintenance documentation detailing the work completed and findings identified. Where follow-up work falls within Hawkesworth’s scope, it can be quoted separately.
